Sewing & Assembly
Experienced sewing teams assemble bodies, attach limbs and close seams with strength-tested stitching.
Filling & Finishing
Precise filling weights, airbrushed details, brushing and final shaping give each toy its character.
Quality Control
- Incoming inspection: fabric, filling and accessories checked against approved standards
- In-line checks: seam strength, symmetry and stuffing weight verified during production
- Final inspection: AQL-based sampling of finished batches before packing
- Third-party testing: EN71 / ASTM F963 / CPSIA tests arranged for your destination market
